[Remote] Quant Researcher (3+) up to $4000| C++/Python

INTRODUCTION & RESPONSIBILITYYour responsibilities:Work independently on improving existing trading strategies, building new strategies, and monitoring trading activities to ensure model efficacy Analyze large amounts of trading and transaction data, generate insights, and integrate them into existing and new trading strategies Work closely with the technology team in developing code, testing, and writing technical documentation for the models 3. REQUIREMENTSAt least 2 years’ experience as quant researcher in a proprietary trading firm (HFT / MFT) Familiarity with C++ and Python programming Experience in developing algorithmic trading tools Experience in managing and mining financial market data Understanding of Linux admin and shell scripting is a plus Other characteristics of high quality candidate: Entrepreneurial mindset versus 9-to-5 mentality; prepared to work non-standard working hours (since we are a high-growth startup) Like meritocracy and being judged by what you deliver Ability to work autonomously and/or remotely4.
