Well-established network with travel agents, tour operators, MICE, OTAs, and corporate clients from the European market. Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills, fluent in English. Proven ability to develop sales strategies, business plans, and market trend analysis to drive revenue growth. Experienced in leading and mentoring sales teams, with strong leadership and coaching abilities. Solid understanding of hotel distribution systems (OTA, GDS, Wholesaler) and pricing strategies.
