Role Description This is a full-time remote role for an Automation Specialist, working extensively with make.com and Notion. The Automation Specialist will develop and manage automated workflows to enhance operational efficiency. Responsibilities include designing, testing, and troubleshooting automation processes, documenting workflows, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure integrations meet business requirements. The role also involves monitoring and maintaining the quality of automation systems. Qualifications Strong skills in Process Automation and Automation, particularly with platforms like make.com and NotionExperience with Testing, writing Test Cases, and ensuring successful implementation of automation workflowsKnowledge of Troubleshooting and resolving issues within automated processesBackground in Quality Assurance to monitor and maintain system accuracy and reliabilityAbility to analyze complex processes and identify opportunities for improvement through automationExcellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with multi-disciplinary teamsFamiliarity with football or sports analytics is a plus
