Work closely with cross-functional teams to translate needs into actionable deliverables. Perform market research and data analysis to support decision-making. Prepare business process documentation, reports, and flow diagrams. Support development and testing teams by ensuring business objectives are met. Identify opportunities for process improvements and suggest innovative solutions. Required SkillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills. Good command over MS Excel, Power BI, or similar tools. Basic knowledge of SQL or data analysis concepts. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Preferred QualificationsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field. Exposure to Agile or Scrum environments.
