Job Title: Business Analyst ( Telecom Domain )Experience: 8 – 13 YearsLocation: Bangalore / Pune / HyderabadAbout The RoleWe are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with a deep understanding of the Telecom domain to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will analyze business processes, gather requirements, and translate them into actionable solutions that support organizational goals and customer satisfaction.Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements. Translate business needs into detailed functional and non-functional requirements. Conduct gap analysis, process mapping, and system impact assessments to identify areas for improvement. Work closely with development and QA teams to ensure accurate understanding and implementation of requirements. Develop and maintain business process models, workflows, and documentation (BRD, FRD, user stories). Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure deliverables meet business expectations. Drive enhancements and optimization across telecom systems including CRM, Billing, OSS/BSS, and Network Management. Facilitate workshops and discussions with cross-functional teams to define, prioritize, and refine features. Ensure documentation and processes comply with business objectives and regulatory standards. Required Skills & Experience8–13 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 5 years in the Telecom domain. Strong knowledge of BSS/OSS, CRM, Order Management, Billing Systems, or Network Operations. Hands-on experience with requirement gathering, BRD, FRD, and user story creation. Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio, or similar platforms. Solid understanding of Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. Excellent communication and documentation capabilities.
