Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Analyst located in Bengaluru, with the flexibility to work from home for part of the week. The Business Analyst will gather and analyze business requirements, evaluate business processes, and communicate with stakeholders to develop strategies for improvement. Responsibilities also include documenting and delivering actionable insights to teams, supporting the implementation of technology solutions, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to align business goals with technical capabilities. Qualifications Strong Analytical Skills and experience in evaluating and interpreting dataProficiency in Business Analysis, including ability to define and refine business needsExcellent Communication skills to convey ideas clearly and collaborate with stakeholdersKnowledge of Business Processes and a strategic mindset for identifying improvement opportunitiesExperience in Developing and Documenting Business RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related fieldAbility to operate in both on-site and remote work environments with strong time management skillsFamiliarity with software solutions and technology implementations is a plus
