Business Analyst

Our Financial Services client is looking for a Business Analyst to join their team on a 12-month fixed term basis where you’ll play a central part in simplifying and modernising their core banking product propositions as they migrate to a new system.Day-to-day responsibilities:Analysing legacy products and recommend whether to migrate or retire them, ensuring consistency and reduced risk.Identify how changes affect customers and support comms planning.Produce notices of variation, track actions, and prepare clear reports for senior stakeholders.For this role you should have:Strong experience as a BA within retail banking essentialStrong knowledge of current and savings accounts - this is essential experienceMortgages experience would be advantageousStrong analysis skills; process mapping, ‘as is’ & ‘to be’ states, requirements gatheringExcellent stakeholder management skillsA proactive and adaptable mindset, capable of managing multiple priorities and working effectively within cross-functional teams.This is a fantastic opportunity that to work on a high-impact programme that directly influences customer experience and organisational efficiencyIf you are seeking a collaborative and supportive work environment that allows for autonomy and meaningful change, apply now!
