Job DescriptionDescription of the TasksFollowing tasks will be performed by the external service provider:Analysis of Business requirements.Documentation of Business requirements.Business model analysis.Business process analysis.Business processes modelling.Functional requirements and business cases analysis.Risk analysis.Assistance in Business cases, Vision.Assist in the enforcement of project deadlines, schedules, and methodologies.Contribute to and review the project deliverables.Participation in meetings with the project teams.Job RequirementsKnowledge and Skills:Very good communication skills with technical and non-technical audiencesAnalysis and problem-solving skillsAbility to participate in technical meetings and good communication skillsAbility to analyze and draft complex documentsAbility to apply high quality standardsAbility to follow and interpret internal procedures and standardsAutonomous and rapid self-starting capabilityStrong interpersonal and communication skillsStrong organizational and time-management skillsStrong team spirit and ability to work in a teamSpecific Expertise:Experience of Agile methodology of projectsExperience in analysis/modelling tools and techniques (use case diagram, state diagram, entity relationship model, interaction diagrams etc.)Good knowledge of information systems mattersGood knowledge of large organization administrative business processesGood knowledge of BPMN or UML or other with equivalent valueGood knowledge of Wiki and collaborative sitesExperience with dealing with stakeholders and business representativesExperience of working on large and complex IT projectsKnowledge of semantic interoperabilityThe position requires 3 times per week on site in the premises of the client.
