You will be the link between business needs and IT solutions, ensuring every initiative adds measurable value.You will work closely with project managers, architects, and stakeholders across functions, turning complex requirements into simple, actionable deliverables that drive impact.What Success Looks LikeClear, structured business requirements that guide solution deliveryIT initiatives aligned with TCR’s strategy and measurable business valueSmooth collaboration between business and IT, built on trust and clarityContinuous improvement of our service portfolio and delivery maturityA snapshot of what you will be doing here:Requirements And AnalysisUnderstand business challenges, elicit and refine requirements, and translate them into clear user stories and solution options.Define measurable objectives and success criteria that ensure projects deliver real business value.Business and IT alignmentAct as the bridge between business stakeholders and IT delivery teams.Facilitate discussions to ensure mutual understanding and alignment across all stages of a project.Solution and project collaborationWork closely with project managers to define project scope, priorities, and timelines.Collaborate with solution and enterprise architects to design feasible, scalable solutions that fit TCR’s digital strategy.Ownership and continuous improvementTake ownership of selected IT services or products, managing their lifecycle and driving improvements.Contribute to shaping TCR’s strategic IT service portfolio by identifying gaps, dependencies, and opportunities.Decision support and communicationSupport structured decision making by connecting business insights with data and KPIs.Prepare concise documentation and communicate findings clearly to both technical and non technical audiences.Who We Are Looking ForBachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Business Administration, or a related fieldAt least 10 years of experience in business environments, including at least 3 years as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, or similar roleSkilled in requirements engineering, business process modelling, and Agile deliveryStrong communicator able to connect strategy and executionAnalytical, structured, and proactive, with a focus on real impactCertifications such as CBAP, PMI PBA, or CSPO are a plusWhy We Think You Will Love Working With UsYou’ll work at our HQ close to the action, decisions, and leadership.
