Job Title: Business Development Consultant – Swimming Pool Systems(Hiring on behalf of our client)Location: UAESalary: AED 12,000–15,000 + CommissionDriving License: RequiredAbout the RoleWe are hiring on behalf of our client for an experienced and well-connected Business Development Consultant with strong technical expertise in swimming pool systems, covers, water treatment solutions, and related accessories. This role combines consultancy, technical advisory, and business development, with a focus on engaging architects, designers, and developers across the UAE.Candidates with a background in interior design or related technical fields, and those with a strong network in the UAE architecture and design community, will be highly valued.Our client is committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace, and all qualified candidates are encouraged to apply.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide expert consultancy on swimming pool systems, pool covers, water treatment solutions, and related accessories.Conduct visits to architects, designers, developers, and consultants to offer technical guidance and strategic project recommendations.Advise clients on product selection, project planning, installation, and maintenance for optimal performance.Perform technical assessments and develop tailored solutions based on project needs.Build and maintain strong relationships with industry stakeholders, leveraging your UAE network.Deliver presentations, product training, and technical workshops.Prepare detailed proposals, reports, and recommendations to support client decisions.Qualifications & ExperienceProven experience in business development or consultancy within swimming pools, water treatment, or related technical industries.Strong technical knowledge of pool systems, covers, and accessories.Established network within the UAE architecture and design community.Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-engagement skills.Strategic thinker with a proactive and independent work approach.Bachelor’s degree preferred.Valid UAE driving license and willingness to travel across the UAE.Proficiency in Arabic and English is an advantage.BenefitsEmployment Visa provided.Medical Insurance Competitive Salary: AED 12,000–15,000 + attractive commission structure.Car Allowance provided.Petrol Allowance included.
