They create innovative products for both residential and commercial spaces, combining functionality with modern aesthetics. With a strong focus on sustainability and design excellence, they deliver products that enhance living and working environments globally.We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager to help our client expand their market presence and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the furniture, interior design, or lifestyle products sector and be skilled in building lasting client relationships while identifying new business opportunities.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify, develop, and secure new business opportunities in target markets.Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activity, and potential growth areas.Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and sales pitches.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client projects are executed successfully.Track and report on sales performance, pipeline, and business development activities.Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility.QualificationsAt least 3 years of Business Development experience in the commercial lighting industry in the UAE.Fearlessness and relentless in pursuit of opportunities.Wide, existing network of relevant and active contacts.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Self-motivated and driven to succeed.Must have the ability and willingness to travel without restrictions.Must have UAE driving license and own vehicle.Must have own IT tools.Must have skillsBusiness DevelopmentSalesRelationship ManagementMarket Research & Analysis
