Guided by our values - Authenticity, Connection, Renewal, and Quality - we're continuing to grow with purpose.Reporting to the Managing Director, the Sales Manager will drive growth across AUS's key service areas: logistics, labour hire, and associated solutions.Key Responsibilities:* Develop and deliver sales and business development strategies* Identify new market opportunities and build a strong sales pipeline* Manage and grow key accounts* Support business planning, forecasting, and market insights* Maintain structured engagement plans for key clientsQualifications & Skills:* Experience in sales, account management, or business development* CRM and social media/content management experience* Microsoft Dynamics experience (preferred)* Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills* Self-motivated, results-driven, and adaptableJoin a growing organisation where your ideas and initiative will make an impact.
