Company DescriptionWe are a fast growing retention marketing agency looking for a Business Development Manager to assist with growth and marketing functions within the company.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time role. The BDM will be responsible for establishing and maintaining key client/stakeholder relationships, coordinating with internal strategists, and liaising the external marketing function of the team. Day-to-day tasks will include communicating with stakeholders, managing deadlines, conducting calls, and collaborating with the marketing team to develop strategies.Qualifications2+ years Sales or MarketingMarketing agency experienceExperience in Client Relationship ManagementExcellent Communication and Presentation skillsAbility to work independently and in a teamThis is a fast pace job which will push the right person to be their best.You will work directly with the founder and senior management team to continue to develop your skills and become a key player in our organisation.If you're comfortable working autonomously, love solving problems and are hungry to grow - than this role is for you.Base Salary + Bonuses + Incentives
