What is this role about?The role is responsible for driving the growth and execution of two strategic initiatives:Project Swap – Battery-Swapping Motorcycles: Scaling infrastructure partnerships, OEM collaborations, and network deployment for these electric motorcycles.EV Charging Network: Building a seamless charging ecosystem by partnering with existing SEAOIL Stations, SEAOIL Dealers, Charging Technology Providers, and key commercial accounts.The role directly supports the company’s growth and sustainability objectives by driving strategic initiatives in the energy transition and mobility space, expanding partnerships, and strengthening SEAOIL’s position in emerging clean energy markets.What will YOU do?Identify and secure strategic partnerships with OEMs, fleet operators, property developers, and energy players to accelerate network rollout;Negotiate commercial terms for charging and battery-swapping locations, technology collaborations, and fleet integrations;Develop and manage corporate accounts for EV adoption, focusing on commercial fleets, logistics, and ride-hailing operators;Conduct market mapping and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities for both EV initiatives;Collaborate with SEAOIL and external teams to create business cases, pricing models, and revenue projections for new partnerships;Support feasibility studies for new sites, including demand forecasting and ROI modeling;Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Operations, Marketing, Finance, Technical) to ensure smooth project execution and deployment;Manage project timelines, partnership onboarding, and pilot program implementation;Prepare periodic progress reports for leadership, summarizing achievements, risks, and next steps;Represent the company in industry events and build a strong network across the EV and energy transition ecosystem, including regulators and potential co-investors;Performs other functions that may be assigned from time to time.What will YOU need?Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Finance or related field; MBA is a plus5+ years in business development, partnerships, or commercial roles, preferably in EV, energy, infrastructure, or mobility sectorsExperience in negotiating commercial agreements and managing multi-stakeholder projectsStrong financial acumen and familiarity with project economics and P&L impactsExcellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skillsWilling to extend working hours, holidays, or weekends, as needed, willing to do field work, as needed, Willing to travel domestically for deployment and other assignments.Preferred Competencies:Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for energy transition and sustainabilityAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, emerging industryStrong analytical and strategic thinking abilitiesFamiliarity with battery-swapping technology, EV charging platforms, and fleet electrification trends
