Job Description

We’re looking for an experienced and organized Portfolio and Engagement Director to join our leadership team. This role combines portfolio management and client engagement, focusing on operational success and strong client relationships. You’ll oversee portfolio performance, ensure project alignment, and guide internal teams to meet objectives, while managing client relationships and driving continuous improvement.RESPONSIBILITIES:Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with senior leadership.Manage client relationships as the primary point of contact throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring smooth communication and satisfaction.Supervise and assess the performance of assigned teams, including Claims Specialists, with a focus on KPIs and continuous productivity improvements.Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure that deadlines and quality standards are met.Support the implementation of new technology platforms, tools, or process improvements.Cascade project directives to internal teams and ensure alignment with project goals and deadlines.Monitor team productivity, ensuring that client expectations and internal standards are consistently met.Facilitate client meetings and serve as a key point of contact for client concerns, ensuring prompt resolution and clear communication.Track and report on portfolio performance and key metrics to stakeholders and clients regularly.Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams (e.g., TCs, billing/coding teams) to stay up to date on trends and issues impacting the portfolio.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.3–5 years of project management experience; healthcare RCM or medical experience preferred but not required.3+ years of experience in Revenue Cycle Management, including Certification Billing/Coding.Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly across all levels.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze information and drive decisions.Knowledge of HIPAA and PHI guidelines, as well as healthcare regulations (e.g., CMS, billing, and claims guidelines).Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.Familiarity with EHR systems (e.g., Epic, Cerner), billing platforms, and claims adjudication tools.Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Drive, Sheets).
