We are waiting for you.ResponsibilitiesOwn the end-to-end sales cycle: from prospecting and discovery through to value-led demos, business case creation, negotiation, and closing new logosStrategically identify, engage, and convert new business opportunities within the SaaS and eCommerce ecosystem to build a robust pipelineClearly map how Base's solutions (multichannel listings, order orchestration, WMS, inventory sync) solve customer pain points and drive their core KPIs (GMV, margin, SLA)Build trusted relationships with agencies, 3PLs, and marketplace partners to create new revenue streamsRepresent the company at industry events, client meetings, and conferences, actively networking to build our brand presenceEnsure accurate forecasting in HubSpot and provide a tight feedback loop to Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teamsRequirements3-5 years of B2B SaaS sales experience (UK market), with a consistent history of achieving and exceeding sales quotasYou are self-motivated, proactive, and thrive in ambiguity. You have a strong sense of ownership and the resilience to build a new territory from a standing startA strong, practical understanding of the eCommerce ecosystem, including marketplaces, operations (inventory, listings, orders, fulfilment), and related technologiesExceptional communication, discovery, and negotiation skills.
