Through long-term partnerships, we help clients achieve their strategic goals while fostering growth and excellence.The OpportunityAs a Business/Sales Developer you will play a key role in expanding Agoya’s client base in the Belgian market. Your focus will be on selling Agoya’s data and digital consultancy services, and in a lesser extend on staffing or recruitment. You will be expected to identify new business opportunities, nurture relationships, and represent Agoya’s expertise and values in the market. The role is suited for someone with a first experience in B2B sales, strong trilingual communication skills, and a genuine understanding of Agoya’s mission and service offering.Your ResponsibilitiesProactively identify and research new business opportunities in the Belgian market, focusing on companies seeking data and digital transformation.Build a robust sales pipeline using tools such as HubSpot, LinkedIn, and your professional network.Qualify leads through discovery calls, emails, and digital outreach to ensure alignment with Agoya’s target customer profile.Build and nurture long-term relationships with prospects and clients through regular, value-driven communication.Represent Agoya’s value proposition as a data & digital consultancy (not as a staffing/recruitment firm).Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation, pipeline development, and client meetings.Provide insights into market trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics specific to Belgium.Maintain accurate records of sales activities and prospect interactions in the CRM system.Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and delivery.Are you the one?You have a first experience in a business development, sales, or similar client-facing B2B role.Strong understanding of the data and digital consultancy landscape; prior experience in a consultancy or technology firm is a plus.Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to engage with C-level executives and technical stakeholders.You feel comfortable with CRM tools (in our case HubSpot) and digital outreach strategies.You have a results-driven mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.You have strong organizational skills and have the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.Team-oriented with a collaborative approach in a multicultural environment.Knowledge of Agoya’s services and culture, or demonstrable ability to quickly learn and represent these.You are more than comfortable having conversations in English, Dutch and French ( a must)Our BenefitsCompetitive compensation package and commission structure.Flexible work arrangementsProfessional development opportunitiesCollaborative and innovative work environmentOpportunity to work on high-impact projectsWork-life balanceReady to make an impact?If you're ready to take on exciting challenges and contribute to transformative data projects, we'd love to hear from you.
