Business Operation Analyst

该职位来源于猎聘 Highlights Partner closely with NARTA (Data team), GST (PM team), and Supplier Onboarding team (GPS) to drive end to end delivery from acquisition to supplier golive. Business-first operating mindset, KPI framework, daily/weekly/monthly reporting, and monitoring/alerts. Fast development across business analysis, project execution, data literacy, and platform ecosystem practices. Responsibilities Support to lead End to End requirement intake, scoping, prioritization,；run reviews, and post-launch readouts. Build reliable reporting pipelines, combing multiple data sources into a single sourc of truth to enable strategic decision-making Monitor and troubleshoot system issues, coordinate with cross-functional team/vendors, and drive resolution to ensure system reliability Map processes and system flows to identify bottlenecks and drive actionable improvements with NARTA/GST/Onboarding against clear milestones. Build and maintain daily/weekly/monthly reports and dashboards (funnel, conversion, quality/completeness), with monitoring and data quality alerts. Use SQL/Python for data extraction, cleaning, and analysis; standardize metric definitions for consistency and traceability. Maintain documentation including data dictionaries, SOPs, and playbooks to scale best practices. Qualifications (Must-have) Bachelor’s degree or above Data driven, high level analytical skills Fluent English for written and verbal collaboration with NA/EU team stakeholders, strong communication skills to enable efficient collaboration across different functions SQL/Python, strong Excel/Google Sheets (pivot, functions) skills and experience in querying big data environments required Strong business analysis skills: requirement clarification, use cases, process mapping, and crisp documentation. Solid reporting and KPI framework abilities: can independently build daily reports/dashboards, monitoring, and insights-to-actions. Execution-minded with excellent project delivery and multi-tasking in cross-functional settings. Location & Work Mode Shanghai -based with required time-zone alignment for NA&EU meetings.
