As a private partnership, we believe our ownership structure fosters a long-term view that aligns our perspectives with those of our clients.About The RolePOSITIONThe Analyst for the Business Operations & Strategic Delivery team will be part of the Client Platform COO Group. The COO team plays a critical role in the execution of the Client Platform strategy, providing leverage for leaders across the platform in the running of their business lines, driving scale and efficiency across the platform, and partnering with infrastructure leaders to ensure critical operations run smoothly. The Business Operations & Strategic Delivery team focuses on key processes critical to the running of our business and that span multiple teams across the platform, with a focus on four key pillars: platform operations, sales planning, strategic client relationships, and regulatory and risk.Platform Operations: Deliver seamless platform operations and robust data management to ensure business continuity and scalability. Key processes include: Platform Data Mgmt and Stewardship, resource mgmt, platform organization, and Training/L&D (website, annual program, training plans).Sales Planning: Design and optimize processes in partnership with Platform SMEs that enable client-facing teams to drive growth and retain business. Key processes include: Product training, defense planning, global meeting swings, capacity mgmt, and pipeline mgmt.Strategic Relationships: Drive commercially impactful strategic client initiatives. Key processes include: strategic client program oversight, global onsite coordination, SRAC oversight and governance.Regulatory & Risk: Ensure sales processes and controls achieve full compliance. Key processes include: US broker/dealer oversight, regulatory client comms, supervisory dashboard development.The team also leads cross-platform initiatives focused on creating efficiencies and supporting growth.Although the role is based in Singapore and will have a particular focus on APAC engagement, it has a global remit and will work closely across all of the teams on the Client Platform.ResponsibilitiesSpecific responsibilities include:Lead coordination of the global meeting swing process for APAC region, partnering closely with both local sales teams and global product management teams on the end-to-end process.Maintain and enhance data quality across product, CRM, and fund data through centralized management of key fields and data governance processes driven by the BOSD Team.Support Business Managers across our institutional, wealth, and product teams on both special projects and ongoing cross-functional workflows. Work closely with Managers and Analysts across the BOSD team to support global projects and contribute to team-wide priorities, including flexing into emerging areas of need across the team as they arise.Creatively think about how to leverage AI tools to streamline processes, communication, and reporting.Act as a Client Platform COO resource and champion in the APAC region.QUALIFICATIONSpecific Qualifications Include1–5+ years of relevant experience in business operations, client servicing/relationship management, or data management.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; comfort with data tools and automation platforms.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Intellectual curiosity and a proactive mindset.Strong communication skills and professionalism in global stakeholder engagement.Direct experience, or at least knowledge of, the infrastructure required to support the businessGlobal mindset and willingness to work flexible hours or occasions to ensure the appropriate connectivity with global colleaguesAbility to manage multiple priorities and work independently.Ability to partner effectively with others, seek a wider audience, build consensus, and influence.Flexibility and grace under pressure; ability to adapt.Entrepreneurial mindset – enjoy building and having an impact, “rolling up sleeves” and getting things done.Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), Power Automate, and Microsoft Office Suite preferred.Experience in asset management required.Prior experience supporting APAC stakeholders or working in a global team is a plus.Not sure you meet 100% of our qualifications?
