You will also coordinate the security-related matters of the terminal.What do we offer you?A market-based salary depending on your experience and knowledge and attractive bonusesVarious growth opportunitiesWhat do we expect from you as a SHE Executive?Bachelor's degree or Diploma in related fieldAt least 5 years of experience in safety, health & environment management in a similar industryCertified Workplace Safety & Health Officer with the Ministry of ManpowerCertified Fire Safety Manager with the Singapore Civil Defense ForceDemonstrate exemplary SHE behavior and motivate others to followAble to analyze and conduct critical thinking to identify gaps and improvements requiredYour Core Responsibilities AreDrive the safety of the terminal’s operations and the achievement of the terminal’s annual SHE targets and plansAct as the terminal’s Registered Workplace Safety & Health Officer (WSHO), Registered Fire Safety Manager (FSM) and Port Facility Security Officer (PFSO) and perform these responsibilities including the coordination with the terminal's security teamEnsure the terminal operates with minimal impact to the environment and comply with legal environmental protection regulatory requirementsSupport the terminal’s SHE permits and licenses applications / renewalsCoordinate the occupational health & industrial hygiene programs in the terminalsCoordinate risk management and workplace inspectionsReport the terminal’s SHE performance and progress on improvements madeSupport the terminal’s SHE legal and internal training obligations for all employees and contracted workersCoordinate the terminal’s preparedness in emergency response through the organization and monitoring of emergency drills and exercisesImplement the terminal’s SHE initiatives and Must-Win-Battles (MWBs)Support the terminal’s drive to achieve a proactive safety cultureEngage contractors for their continual improvement in SHE performanceAssist the terminal in the event of an emergency or crisisPrepare the required reports on the terminal’s SHE performanceEnsure Permit to Work, monitoring records, etc. are updated and maintainedCoordinate the annual training plans for terminal employeesWant to start as SHE Executive at Vopak?We are interested in learning more about you.
