Job Description

Key Responsibilities Delegate Sales Support1. Support the development and delivery of delegate acquisition strategies to achieve delegate attendance and revenue goals.2. Prospect, engage and secure CXO-level delegates, buyers and VIP attendees from target industries.3. Manage the delegate sales cycle — from outreach to registration — while maintaining strong relationships with past and potential delegates4. Execute and follow up on targeted sales campaigns, ensuring effective and personalized engagement for each audience segment.Buyer Program & Meetings Execution1. Support the implementation of structured meeting programs that connect buyers, exhibitors, investors, Government delegations and startups.2. Assist in coordinating Government and hosted buyer delegations from onboarding to show participation.3. Collaborate with marketing and content teams to enhance delegate and buyer value propositions.4. Ensure seamless communication and support for hosted buyer and meetings programs, providing an exceptional experience for attendees and exhibitors.Community Partnership Support1. Assist in identifying and developing partnerships with key industry associations, chambers, and business groups that align with delegate sales goals.2. Support relationship-building activities to strengthen community engagement and expand delegate networks.Relationship Building & Business Development Support1. Help maintain and grow relationships with industry leaders, buyers, and decision-makers to drive attendance and engagement.2. Support initiatives that identify new opportunities for delegate sales or community-driven programs.3. Stay informed about industry trends and market developments across Asia and global markets to inform outreach efforts.Performance Tracking & Reporting1. Track and report delegate acquisition, meetings program progress, and community engagement metrics to the Senior Delegate Sales Manager.2. Support data management and CRM updates to ensure accurate reporting and performance insights.3. Coordinate closely with marketing, production, and operations teams to align sales efforts with event goals.Key Skills & Experience Required1. 1+ years of experience in delegate sales, business development, or sponsorship sales within conferences, exhibitions, or related industries.2. Comfortable engaging with senior-level executives, buyers, and industry professionals.3. Eager to learn and support meeting programs, hosted buyer initiatives, and community partnership development.4. Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.5. Ability to work across multiple events and markets, particularly within Asia.6. Target-driven, detail-oriented, and adaptable to dynamic event environments.7. Familiarity with CRM tools such as MS Dynamics or similar platforms.
