Business Strategy Associate

We are looking for a Business Strategy Associate who will work closely with the CEO to support the development of strategic frameworks, KPI systems, and cross-functional processes across White Cloak. This role offers high exposure to executive decision-making and is ideal for early-career talent who are analytical, curious, and eager to grow into a strategic leadership path.You will help turn business questions into structured insights, support interdepartmental reporting, and contribute to strengthening the company's data-driven culture.RESPONSIBILITIES:Support Strategy & KPI DevelopmentAssist the CEO in defining and documenting KPIs, metrics, and success frameworks across departmentsHelp gather, organize, and validate data needed for business reviews and strategic decisionsContribute to the creation of company-wide data taxonomies and aligned reporting structuresData Analysis & ReportingBuild and maintain foundational dashboards or reports using Power BI, Looker Studio, Excel/Sheets, or similar toolsAnalyze trends, performance metrics, and operational data to support CEO-led initiativesPrepare summaries, slides, and insights for leadership presentationsExperimentation & Learning SupportHelp document A/B tests, pilot rollouts, and experiments conducted across teamsTrack outcomes, consolidate learnings, and prepare simple insights for CEO and cross-functional teamsCross-Functional CollaborationWork with Marketing, Operations, Recruitment, Delivery, and Product teams to help the CEO align metrics and prioritiesEnsure consistency in how teams define, track, and measure KPIsFollow up on action items, gather updates, and support coordination for strategic projectsProcess & DocumentationCreate and update SOPs, playbooks, and process documents related to reporting and measurementSupport workshops, onboarding, or training sessions focused on data literacy and strategic frameworksMaintain organized documentation and systems that support the CEOs strategic operationsKEY QUALIFICATIONS:Must-Haves1 to 3 years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Analysis, Strategy, Operations, or related fieldsProficient in Excel/Google Sheets, with familiarity in BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio, etc.)Strong analytical thinking and ability to interpret data into meaningful patternsClear communication skills, able to structure and summarize information effectivelyHighly organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn from a CEO-level environmentNice-to-HavesBasic knowledge of SQL or willingness to learnExperience in reporting, KPI tracking, dashboards, or business performance monitoringExposure to consulting, tech, startups, or cross-functional project workInterest in experimentation, data-driven decision-making, and operational excellenceWho This Role Is ForSomeone early in their career who wants direct exposure to strategic leadershipA fast learner who enjoys problem-solving, organizing information, and making processes clearerA proactive team player who thrives in dynamic environments and wants to shape how an organization learns and measures success
