We run initiatives that support founders and their companies on the journey towards international expansion. Our work spans five core areas: accelerator partnerships, public funding, raising equity funding, internationalisation strategy - and Founders Growth Club.Founders Growth Club is a national initiative helping Danish scaleups navigate the scaling phase and international expansion - backed by public and private partners and built founder-to-founder.We’re now looking for a structured, execution-focused person to join our team. You’ll be a central part of making the club run – planning activities, engaging members, driving momentum and helping us deliver high-value for all stakeholders involved in FGC.What You’ll Be DoingThis is an operational role with high pace and high variation. You’ll help coordinate and execute core FGC activities such as matchmaking between our members and growth advisors, in-person activities, and more. You’ll be one of the first people new members and Growth Advisors meet.You’ll follow up on invites, help members get onboarded, and keep track of the details that make a good experience great. You’ll also support with internal coordination, comms and follow-ups across the programme - focused on members and growth advisors.Your Tasks Will IncludeLeading member and Growth Advisor screening and onboardingPlanning and executing member-facing activities – primarily focused on the matchmakingHelping ensure a smooth experience across touchpoints - before, during and after a activityCoordinating with internal team and partners on practical tasks and deadlinesKeeping an overview of upcoming activities, signups, forms and materialsWe’re Looking For Someone Who IsWe’re looking for someone who can bring structure into a busy setup, keep people aligned, and make things move. You know how to manage stakeholders, run a process, and follow up without being asked.
