Located less than 50 minutes from Dubai International Airport, this integrated resort offering 1,530 rooms and suites, 22 restaurants and lounges, a theater, nightclub, and five-star spa is currently under construction on a picturesque island that gracefully curves into the Arabian Gulf.About The PositionWynn Al Marjan Island is currently seeking a Casino Controller to join the resort’s Finance Team.ResponsibilitiesThe primary duties and responsibilities of this role are: The Casino Controller is responsible for leading all financial and operational functions within the casino accounting landscape, including Slot and Table Games Accounting and Gaming Revenue and Cage Audits. This position ensures compliance with all local gaming regulations and Wynn standards, while providing strategic financial leadership and oversight to maximize revenue integrity across the integrated resort Lead and manage the Casino Accounting and Gaming Revenue Audit teams Develop, implement, and maintain accounting policies and procedures in alignment with gaming regulations Oversee the accurate recording, reconciliation, and reporting of gaming revenues Prepare and review financial statements, variance reports, and operational forecasts Support new gaming initiatives through financial impact analysis and systems readiness Collaborate with regulatory and internal audit teams to maintain full compliance and readiness Monitor and enhance internal controls over casino-related financial transactions Provide executive-level reporting and insights to senior resort management Act as company liaison with internal and external auditors Mentor and develop a high-performing finance team with strong focus on accountability and compliance Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by senior leadership About YouThe ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or recognized financial designation preferred Minimum 10 years of experience in casino accounting and operations, including leadership of revenue audit Experience working with financial and audit systems; knowledge of gaming management software a plus Experience with gaming regulatory environments Exceptional leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Must meet licensing requirements for casino operations in the UAE About Wynn Al Marjan Island’s BenefitsWe offer an attractive salary, paid in Dirhams (AED), the local currency of the UAE.
