We are currently seeking a Financial Accountant to head our finance team.Responsibilities:Prepare and maintain financial accounts up to final accountsConduct account reconciliations and ensure accuracy of all ledger entries.Manage and monitor stock control processes and inventory accounting.Oversee payroll preparation and ensure compliance with company policies.Support internal and external audits and ensure adherence to accounting standards.Perform other finance and accounting functions as required by management.Qualifications & Experience:Must know how to operate Tally (a test on Tally will be given during the interview).Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (mandatory).Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in financial accounting, preferably within the FMCG industry.Excellent knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and reconciliation processes.Proven ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and meet deadlines.Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.Benefits:Competitive salary.Company visa.Medical insurance.Others: As per UAE law.
