This role partners closely with the global teams to deliver actionable insights, define portfolio strategies, and ensure the successful execution of our SDA growth strategy in the Middle East.Key Responsibilities:Conduct market, competitor, and profitability analysis to guide portfolio strategy.Recommend portfolio and pricing actions that strengthen revenue, market share, and profitability.Support on-time product launches, lifecycle transitions, and demand planning accuracy.Act as the product knowledge hub for Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams.Deliver product and market training to distributors and partners across 7 countries.Your Profile:Strong analytical and commercial acumen.Proven ability to translate data into strategic recommendations.Effective communicator with cross-functional collaboration skills.3+ years of experience in consumer goods or durable categories preferred.If you are ready to make an impact, please send your cv along with a cover letter to hruae@bshg.com
