You will assess the effects of transformation projects and develop tailored implementation plans while fostering effective communication and collaboration across the organization. Join us to apply your expertise and make a meaningful impact on our future success.ResponsibilitiesAssess the effects of transformation projects on culture, structure, and business processesDevelop detailed implementation plans customized for each involved areaFacilitate transparent communication regarding reasons for change and expected benefitsAddress concerns and provide ongoing updates throughout the change processIdentify cultural differences and design strategies to align themPromote a cohesive culture that supports collaboration during and after transformationsEvaluate staffing requirements and identify overlaps within employee teamsCreate plans for relocation, retraining, or reduction when necessaryDeliver training programs to support employee adaptation to new technologies and proceduresManage resistance by proposing and applying effective solutionsMonitor progress, gather employee feedback, and refine change strategiesProvide regular reports on progress and highlight critical issues requiring attentionRequirementsBachelor’s degree in human resources, communications, or a related disciplineMinimum of 2 years experience in transformational change management or leading change initiativesProven ability to collaborate and build relationships with diverse employee groups and senior stakeholdersStrong understanding of data principles for tracking engagement and adoptionCreative and intellectually curious mindset with resilience and a positive attitudeEffective multitasking and time management skillsCapability to manage priorities during high-pressure periods and tight deadlinesExperience partnering with senior leaders to deliver organizational change managementProficiency in verbal and written English and presentation skillsStrong team orientation with excellent interpersonal abilitiesWe offerWe believe that the greatest strength of the company is its people.
