Channel Development Specialist

About the RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated Channel Development Specialist to support the expansion of our passenger vehicle retail network. This role is responsible for planning, evaluating, and coordinating new dealership projects to ensure compliance with corporate standards and to support rapid business growth in the region.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct market research and site evaluations to support the development of new passenger vehicle dealerships.Coordinate the end-to-end dealership setup process, including site design, construction progress tracking, and facility readiness.Ensure all dealership facilities meet brand CI (Corporate Identity) and operational standards.Work closely with cross-functional teams (Sales, After-sales, Marketing, Legal, Finance) to support dealership approval and onboarding.Track project timelines, identify risks, and propose corrective actions to ensure on-time project delivery.Prepare reports, analyses, and presentations for management review.Support dealer audits, inspections, and post-opening improvements.Maintain up-to-date documentation related to dealership development and compliance.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Architecture, or related fields.2+ years of experience in dealership development, network expansion, construction project coordination, or automotive retail.Strong project management and organizational skills.Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights.Excellent communication and cross-functional coordination skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Project).Ability to travel as required.
