About the RoleWe are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Sales Data Specialist to support the performance tracking of our passenger vehicle business. This position is responsible for collecting, validating, and analyzing sales data to provide timely insights that support decision-making across the region.Key ResponsibilitiesCollect, consolidate, and validate sales data from regional markets and dealers.Monitor sales performance against targets and provide early-warning alerts on gaps and risks.Prepare sales dashboards and reports for management review.Track key KPIs including sales volume, retail conversion, inventory health, sell-through rate, and order fulfillment.Identify anomalies or data inconsistencies and coordinate with local teams to ensure accuracy.Analyze trends, market dynamics, and competitive performance to support business decisions.Support regional forecast updates and contribute to demand planning processes.Work closely with Sales, Marketing, After-sales, Finance, and Market Intelligence teams.Assist in improving reporting systems, tools, and processes for data automation and visualization.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, or related fields.1–3 years of experience in data analysis, sales operations, business analytics, or automotive industry.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.Proficiency in Excel, Power BI/Tableau preferred.Ability to interpret data and present insights clearly to stakeholders.Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.Ability to work under time pressure and manage multiple reporting cycles
