Education And Work ExperienceBasic secondary education in Chemical area and professional training and not less than 2 years of work experience as Chemical Laboratory Assistant.Main FunctionsCarrying out of various analyses on determination of composition and physical and chemical characteristics of raw material, materials (chemicals) and finished products as per requirements of statutory documents.Register of samples, calculation and presentation of the analysis results in LIMS (Laboratory Information Management System) database.Ensuring correct labelling and control over shelf life of chemical reagents in accordance with procedures requirements.Internal quality control of obtained results in accordance with established schedules and operational manual requirements.Timely registration of consumption of chemical reagents, laboratory glassware in LIMS database.Maintenance and calibration of laboratory equipment in accordance with established schedules and requirements of operational manuals.Take part in development of new methods of chemical analysis, fulfil work on collecting of statistical results and data.Take part in preparing reports on conducted work; compose tables, diagrams and other technical documentation.Observe current standards of measurement methodsRequirements of regulatory and technical documents for the performance of chemical analyses.Methods for quantitative calculations upon analyses results.Safe operating rules of laboratory equipment.Necessary Knowledge And SkillsTheoretical and practical bases of general inorganic, organic and analytical chemistry;Physical and chemical test methods.Knowledge of the methods to express solution concentrations.
