Job Description: Intern – Growth & Expansion (Executive Search & Recruitment)Location: Remote / Kazakhstan Duration: Winter Break Stipend: UnpaidAbout UsWe are a niche Executive Search & Recruitment firm with a strong presence across India and GCC markets, now expanding our footprint into Kazakhstan and Central Asia. We specialize in placing high-impact talent across industries such as Technology, AdTech, MarTech, and Consulting.We are looking for a motivated Growth & Expansion Intern to support our market-entry strategy, client development initiatives, and brand positioning in the Kazakhstan region.Key ResponsibilitiesMarket Research & IntelligenceConduct research on the Kazakhstan recruitment ecosystem, industry trends, and talent demand.Identify potential clients, sectors, and partnership opportunities with global agencies and local enterprises.Business Development SupportAssist in mapping decision-makers across target industries.Support outreach campaigns, client proposals, and pitch deck preparations.Track and update business development pipelines.Strategic ExpansionContribute ideas for adapting recruitment services to the Kazakhstan market.Support in building collaborations with AdTech/MarTech agencies, startups, and multinational companies.Operations & CoordinationWork with internal teams to streamline recruitment workflows for new geography.Assist in onboarding processes for initial client engagements.What We’re Looking ForPursuing Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, HR, International Relations, Marketing, or related fields.Strong interest in Recruitment, HR Consulting, and Business Expansion strategies.Excellent research, communication, and presentation skills.Ability to work independently, with a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset.Familiarity with Central Asia / Kazakhstan market trends is a plus.Fluency in English & Russian/Kazakh is mandatory.What You’ll GainHands-on exposure to international recruitment markets.Experience in business expansion strategy and client engagement.Opportunity to work directly with senior leadership and global partners.
