We collaborate with researchers and educators from leading universities to design and guide meaningful, hands-on online research projects for motivated high-school and college students worldwide.Position OverviewWe are seeking Research Mentors — experienced researchers, postdoctoral fellows, or PhD holders — from diverse academic fields including STEM (Biology, Chemistry, Medicine, Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science), as well as Social Sciences, Education, Business, and the Humanities.As a Research Mentor, you will guide small teams of high-school students through a 3-month online research project. You will provide scientific direction, mentorship, and academic structure while fostering curiosity and creativity among students.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and define a short-term research project within your field of expertise.Lead weekly virtual mentorship sessions with student teams.Supervise and support teaching assistants (TAs) assisting the project.Provide scientific guidance, help students interpret results, and develop presentation or publication materials.Ensure that projects are conducted ethically and educationally, emphasizing process, analysis, and teamwork.Evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback.Each project runs for approximately 3 months, with the option to continue for additional cohorts.QualificationsPhD degree (or current Postdoctoral Fellow) from an accredited university preferred.Proven experience in research, education, or student mentorship.Strong communication and interpersonal skills for online collaboration.Passion for inspiring and developing young researchers.CompensationHourly rate: Competitive and negotiable, depending on experience and field.Payment provided per project period or on a regular hourly basis.Application InstructionsTo apply, please email info@adikhanov.education with:Your CV or ResumeA brief Cover Letter outlining your research area and mentorship interestsYour expected hourly rateApplications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
