We collaborate with scientists and educators across disciplines to provide meaningful online research projects for motivated high-school and college students.⸻Position OverviewWe are seeking Scientific Researchers (PhD holders or Postdoctoral Fellows) in a variety of fields — from STEM (Biology, Chemistry, Medicine, Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science) to Social Sciences, Education, and Business.Researchers will lead online student research projects, shaping their direction and ensuring that students gain genuine scientific insight and hands-on experience.⸻Key Responsibilities • Develop and define a research project topic within your area of expertise. • Conduct weekly virtual meetings with student teams. • Supervise and mentor university TAs (teaching assistants) supporting the project. • Provide guidance, structure, and a clear scientific vision for the project. • Evaluate student performance and help them prepare reports or presentations. • Ensure the project is conducted ethically and educationally.Each project runs for a minimum of 3 months, with the possibility of extension for successful teams.⸻Qualifications • PhD degree (or current Postdoctoral Fellow) from a recognized U.S., U.K., or Canadian university preferred. • Demonstrated experience in research and mentoring students. • Excellent communication skills and ability to manage remote teamwork. • Strong commitment to education and scientific development.⸻Compensation • Hourly rate: Negotiable, based on qualifications and field of study. • Payment made per project period or on a regular hourly basis.⸻Application InstructionsTo apply, please email: info@adikhanov.educationInclude the following: 1.
