Chief Executive Officer - Data Center

Position OverviewThe CEO will provide strategic leadership, revenue growth, and operational excellence, with aprimary focus on expanding our market presence with hyperscale data center clients. This leadermust combine a deep understanding of the data center ecosystem with a strong sales andbusiness development orientation. The ideal candidate will bring proven experience in deliveringmajor mission-critical projects while fostering lasting client partnerships in the hyperscale space.Key Responsibilities:• Strategic Leadership: Define and execute the company’s long-term growth strategy withinthe hyperscale data center construction sector.• Client Engagement: Build and expand high-level relationships with hyperscale data centeroperators, cloud providers, and colocation clients.• Sales & Revenue Growth: Drive business development and sales initiatives to secure newcontracts, expand existing partnerships, and achieve aggressive revenue targets.• Project Delivery Excellence: Ensure operational execution, safety, quality, and on-timedelivery for large-scale, complex data center construction projects.• Team Leadership: Inspire, mentor, and grow a high-performing leadership team spanningoperations, engineering, and business development.• Financial Management: Oversee P&L, budgets, and forecasting to ensure sustainablegrowth and profitability.• Market Expansion: Identify new markets, partnerships, and acquisition opportunities tostrengthen the company’s position as a premier hyperscale construction partner.• Industry Advocacy: Represent the company in industry forums, associations, and clientengagements, enhancing brand visibility and reputation.Qualifications & Experience:• Proven success as a senior-level executive in a mission-criticalinfrastructure organization.• Strong track record of delivering major data center projects (hyperscale campuses, or mission-critical builds).• Demonstrated ability to generate and close new business with hyperscale and cloudclients.• Deep understanding of data center development cycles, client requirements, and mission criticalconstruction standards.• Excellent technical knowledge of hyperscale data center solutions, engineering anddevelopment.• Strong commercial acumen with experience in P&L management and revenue growth.• Exceptional leadership skills: able to inspire, align, and grow cross-functional teams.• Established executive-level network within hyperscale cloud providers and colocationdevelopers.• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (MBA preferred).
