The ideal candidate will have a strong background in health, safety, and environmental management within large-scale infrastructure projects and will ensure full compliance with company policies, project requirements, and national regulations.Key Responsibilities:Implement and monitor the project HSE plan in accordance with company and client standards.Conduct regular safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments on-site.Ensure compliance with local and international HSE regulations and standards.Lead incident investigations and prepare detailed reports with corrective and preventive actions.Organize and deliver HSE training and toolbox talks to site personnel.Promote a strong safety culture and ensure continuous improvement in HSE performance.Liaise with project management, subcontractors, and clients on all HSE-related matters.Maintain accurate HSE documentation and records.Qualifications & Experience:Bachelor’s degree in engineering.Minimum 10 years of experience in HSE roles, specifically in roads or similar infrastructure projects.Strong knowledge of Saudi HSE laws, standards, and procedures.NEBOSH / IOSH / OSHA or equivalent HSE certification required.Excellent communication and leadership skills.
