Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Senior Architect to join our team in this pivotal role, you will lead the architectural design and project management of large-scale infrastructure projects, contributing to the development and transformation of this historic region.Oversee the architectural design process for complex infrastructure projects from concept to completionDevelop and implement project management strategies to ensure timely and cost-effective deliveryCollaborate with stakeholders, including government officials and contractors, to align project goals and requirementsEnsure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and sustainability standardsConduct site visits and inspections to monitor construction progress and qualityPrepare and present detailed reports, designs, and recommendations to clients and senior managementMentor junior architects and contribute to the professional development of the teamStay updated on industry trends and innovative practices in infrastructure developmentQualificationsBachelor's or Master's degree in ArchitectureProfessional architecture license is prefferable Minimum 10+ years of experience in architectural design and project managementProven track record in managing large-scale infrastructure projectsAdvanced knowledge of architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp)Proficiency in project management tools and methodologiesStrong understanding of construction methodologies and infrastructure developmentExcellent communication, leadership, and team management skillsExperience in construction management and oversightIn-depth knowledge of sustainable design practicesFamiliarity with local building codes and regulations in Saudi ArabiaProject Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferredAbility to work effectively in a multicultural environmentWillingness to travel within the region as required
