Bergen Logistics is seeking a dedicated and organized Client Service Manager to join our dynamic growing team. As a key player in our operations, you will be the crucial link between our clients and warehouse teams, ensuring that all logistics processes run smoothly and efficiently.Your main responsibilities will include maintaining customer relationships, facilitating smooth communication between internal teams and clients, addressing inquiries, and resolving any logistical challenges that may arise. This position requires a proactive mindset and a strong commitment to excellent customer service.Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain strong relationships with B2B clients, ensuring timely resolution of any issues or queriesAct as the primary contact for customers, providing consistent updates and managing expectationsCoordinate and oversee warehouse inbound and outbound shipping activitiesGather necessary customs documentation for import and export operations (e.g., import/export declarations; transit documents; good classifications)Provide and manage origin-related documentation (e.g., Certificate of Origin; EUR.1, A.TR, ATA Carnet)Identify bottlenecks in logistics processes and offer effective solutionsCreate and deliver regular reports on logistics performance and customer satisfactionSupport clients with the onboarding process and training on system usage as neededRequirementsMBO level obtained through education or relevant work experienceRelevant experience with customs matters, clearance and preparation of export documents.
