SummaryWe are seeking a proactive, owner-centric Client Services Manager to own the end-to-end experience for property owners. You will drive satisfaction, retention, and value by coordinating across operations, guest services, sales, and marketing, while maintaining clear, timely owner communications.ResponsibilitiesManage owner relationships: regular touchpoints, status updates, and proactive issue management.Monitor owner health and churn risk; implement retention strategies.Collect and analyze owner feedback; translate insights into concrete improvements.Own issue resolution: coordinate cross-functional teams to resolve owner concerns promptly.Identify value-adding opportunities and support owner-related upsell initiatives.Collaborate with Operations, Sales, Marketing, and Guest Services to ensure a consistent owner experience.Maintain compliance with company policies and data privacy requirements.Document processes and contribute to owner-facing SOPs and playbooks.Qualifications/RequirementsProven experience in client success, account management, or owner/tenant relations (hybrid experience preferred).Fluent in written and spoken English, with the ability to tailor messages for owners and internal teamsAnalytical mindset with the ability to assess data and translate into actions.Problem-solving skills with a collaborative, cross-functional approach.Ability to manage multiple owner accounts, priorities, and timelines.Located in Canberra
