POSITION SUMMARY: Bridge33 Capital is a fast-growing, vertically integrated private equity firm focused on open-air strip retail.We are seeking a Commercial Real Estate attorney/CERTIFIED Paralegal to join our team. This position is within the company's legal team and will engage with various organizational business units including Investments, Property Management, Tenant Coordination, Leasing, and Asset Management. An integral aspect of this role is an in depth understanding of all legal aspects of commercial real estate, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, easements, financial instruments, and other property, finance and tenant related matters.ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS, DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Review, analyze and prepare responsive memorandum to internal questions and concerns regarding commercial real estate purchase and sale agreements, REA and OEA documents, title and survey, leases, licenses and other contractsPrepare initial drafts of letters, notices, waivers, and other landlord correspondenceManage and track the status of tenant litigation (e.g. bankruptcy, eviction, breach of contract)Prepare, compile, correct, and finalize tenant estoppel certificates Assist with maintaining and improving legal file management Provide a consistent and high level of service to our tenants and internal business unitsPrepare and produce reports on various legal key performance indexes (KPIs) Maintain organizational practices and protocols (e.g. form document consistency)Diligent deal and document management (e.g. file organization, checklists, project trackers)Adaptable, self-motivated and flexible in performing other duties as assignedRequirementsProficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with legal document management systems preferredExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong organizational and analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlinesAbility to communicate clearly and effectively, both orally and in writing, with different audiences Team player who is organized, proactive, and works well with othersComfortable working in a high growth organization with a sense of urgencyYardi familiarity a plus (property accounting software)REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Attorney or Certified ParalegalCommercial Real Estate Experience (legal - minimum of 5 years)Bachelor's Degree (minimum)WORKING REQUIREMENTS: Fully remote Fluent in English Will work 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM US Eastern Standard Time (EST)
