As a senior member of the Canadian business, you will shape the brand narrative and elevate the reputation of TurboTax Canada through integrated public relations, social media, and influencer strategies. You will act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, develop cohesive cross-channel campaigns, and partner closely with global communications teams. This is an individual contributor role within the Global Communications organization.Core ResponsibilitiesLead the integrated communications vision and strategy for TurboTax Canada across PR, social media, and influencer marketing.Serve as a strategic partner to internal executives, building strong relationships to ensure alignment on business goals.Develop end-to-end integrated marketing and communications strategies in collaboration with cross-functional teams.Establish KPIs and oversee campaign performance reporting, turning insights into actionable recommendations.Collaborate with the U.S. communications team to ensure cross-border consistency and alignment.Drive PR strategy, manage agency partners, and cultivate media relationships to secure impactful coverage.Oversee development and execution of a data-driven social media strategy to strengthen brand visibility and engagement.Lead the influencer marketing program from strategy through campaign analysis and optimization.Monitor social trends, conversations, and competitive activity to inform content strategy and PR opportunities.Manage budgets across social, influencer, and PR programs to maximize performance and ROI.Core Technical SkillsRequired8–10+ years of progressive communications experience in corporate or agency settingsProven experience developing integrated communications strategies (PR, social, influencer)Demonstrated success running influencer programs end-to-endDeep knowledge of major social media platforms and audience behaviorsStrong analytical capabilities, using data to guide strategy and measure performanceExcellent written and verbal communication, including executive-level presentationsAbility to influence and collaborate with senior leadership in fast-paced environmentsPreferredExperience in consumer tech, fintech, or financial servicesPrior experience working with cross-border or global teamsExperience managing external agencies (PR, social, influencer)Nice to HaveBackground in integrated brand storytellingExperience with social listening tools and analytics platformsExisting media or influencer relationships in CanadaDexian is a leading provider of staffing, IT, and workforce solutions with over 12,000 employees and 70 locations worldwide.
