Job Description

* Manage compensation, benefits, and HR budgeting processes.* Prepare and analyze HR reports, KPIs, and dashboards to support strategic decisions.Client DetailsOur client is a well-established and reputable company in the energy sector, known for its strong market position, commitment to sustainability, and continuous investment in innovation and operational efficiency.Description* Prepare the annual HR budget in alignment with norm headcount projections.* Consolidate and publish monthly HR KPIs, executive reports, and dashboards across the organization.* Support the Rewards and Organizational Development (OD) teams in various initiatives and projects.* Oversee HR Information Systems, ensuring data accuracy and process efficiency.* Track and report HR metrics, providing regular insights to management.* Monitor financial data and prepare monthly reports related to HR operations.* Implement the company's compensation and benefits policies effectively.* Manage and monitor annual salary review, performance-based bonus, and incentive schemes.* Lead job evaluation and position classification processes in coordination with relevant stakeholders.* Prepare analytical reports and insights related to compensation and benefits, including budgeting, cost analysis, and trend monitoring.* Provide support to the budgeting and reporting team when necessary.Profile* Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.* Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in HR practices.* Demonstrates excellent proficiency in MS Office programs, especially Excel and PowerPoint.* Possesses strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.* Displays strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively at all organizational levels.* Has an analytical mindset, with solid planning, organizational, and project management capabilities.Job Offer* A career opportunity in a dynamic organization that values innovation, employee development, and sustainable growth.
