Job description:Process ordering of all approved CAPEX items through online procurement system (OPS) and finalize items with Procurement Department for Purchase Order preparation purposesMonitor the timely delivery of CAPEX items for all Purchased Orders (PO) issued to awarded suppliersReceive and monitor all billings and other related documents pertaining to all CAPEX items procured/delivered for newly turned over condominiumProcess creation of good receipt (GR) in the system (SAP) and release all corresponding billing documents to Accounting Department for check payment preparation purposes.Collate all documents required, submit application to all designated government agencies, and secure Business Permit, BIR Registration, and Bank Account openingPerforms other admin and office support activities that maybe assigned from time to time.Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or any related courseWith at least one (1) year relevant work experienceMS Office Proficient (MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint, SAP)Good interpersonal skillsKeen to detail
