POSITION TITLE: Document ControllerWORK LOCATION: Alabang, Muntinlupa CityWORK SETUP: Full-Time, OnsiteCOMPANY: Industrial Fluid ManufacturingJOB SUMMARY:The primary focus of this role is to undertake all Document Management for the execution of projects and jobs within the Engineering Department. Supporting the Engineering team by managing documents through internal and external approval cycles, and feeding documents and drawings up to customer, by email or through dedicated portal, and documents and drawings to the workshop for assembly. Compiling the final documentation and closeout of files into common folder within local drives.The candidate should have had a good track record of technical assessable experiences in one or more focused market industry; able to understand customer applications and able to build assemblies to engineering prints. He must have a good attention to detail and must be prepared to be hands-on, multi-tasking abilities and problem-solving skills, the candidate must be highly adaptable and flexible. Most importantly the candidate should have a growth mindset and strive for continuous improvement.KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Manage and control all engineering documents related to projects and job execution.Support the Engineering team by coordinating document submission, approval, and distribution.Serve as the main point of contact for document control between internal teams, customers, and workshop personnel.Ensure accuracy, traceability, and compliance of all documents and drawings.Maintain organized filing systems for active and completed projects.Make minor revisions to documents as required with support from Engineering team.Manage the flow of engineering documents through internal and external approval cycles.Distribute and track drawings and documents to and from customers via email or dedicated customer portals.Ensure correct document numbering, revision control, and version management at all stages.Issue approved drawings and related documentation to the workshop for fabrication and assembly.Maintain up-to-date records of drawing and document status across all active projects.Compile and assemble final documentation packages (including data books, as-built drawings, and certificates) for project closeout.File and archive completed project documentation into structured, accessible folders on local drives.Monitor compliance with document control procedures and recommend improvements where needed.Provide document-related support to engineers and coordinate with external stakeholders as required.QUALIFICATIONS:Relevant experience in document management or admin experience in oil and gas, instrumentation, or process industry.Ability to work well with people and be able to multi-task.Must have personal initiative and drive to seek out what needs to be done, or ask others what they need assistance with.Proficient in written and spoken English.Experience with monday.com beneficial.Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft 365 business applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
