Role DescriptionThis is a contract role for a Remote Receptionist. The Receptionist will handle incoming calls, manage the front-facing communication of the organization, and coordinate schedules or appointments. Additional responsibilities include performing clerical duties such as data entry, record-keeping, and assisting with administrative tasks as needed. The role requires excellent customer service to ensure a positive experience for all clients.QualificationsStrong Phone Etiquette and expertise in performing Receptionist DutiesA strong British or Australian accent to be able to effectively communicate with our clientsClerical Skills, including data entry and organizational tasksExcellent Communication skills for both verbal and written interactionsCustomer Service skills to create a welcoming and professional experienceProficiency in basic computer applications and office equipmentAbility to multitask and work independently in a remote environmentPrevious experience in a receptionist or clerical role is a plus
