Compliance Manager

About the roleAs the Compliance Manager at Millennium Services Group Pty Ltd, you will be responsible for leading the implementation and continuous improvement of Millennium’s compliance and risk management systems. This includes managing Integrated Management System accreditations (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001), internal audits, incident reporting, supplier due diligence, and key compliance platforms. This full-time position is based in Murarrie, Queensland, and is an essential part of the organisation's quality assurance and control efforts within the integrated facilities services industry.What you'll be doingAdminister and optimise the Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) reporting platform (Donesafe), including the analysis of trends, generation of insights, and development of improvement strategies.Oversee Millennium’s staff tracking systems (Nexus Webeye and Daelibs), ensuring data accuracy and generating compliance and performance reports.Lead the end-to-end management of public liability and property damage incidents, including investigation, reporting, and regulatory engagement.Manage and maintain operational risk registers in collaboration with key departments, ensuring risks are identified, assessed, monitored, and regularly reviewed.Maintain the Document Management System, ensuring controlled documents are current, accessible, and fit for purpose.Design and deliver compliance-related training and awareness programs to build capability across all levels of the organisation.Manage the supplier registration and due diligence process, ensuring risks—particularly in relation to Modern Slavery and ethical sourcing—are identified, monitored, and mitigated.Contribute to the development and execution of Millennium’s broader risk and compliance strategy.What we're looking forIntegrated Management System experience (ISO9001, ISO14001 & ISO45001)Proficient in online HSE software applications (Donesafe)Understanding of workplace, health, and safety obligationsComputer literate (SharePoint, MS Excel, Computer Applications)Experience in data analysis, visualization, and management tools such as Excel or Power BI.Strong communication, interpersonal and facilitation skillsKnowledge of contractor prequalification systems (Cm3, Avetta etc.)Ability to prioritise tasks and work effectively without direct supervision.Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvementTertiary qualification in a relevant field, such as business, law, or quality managementWhat we offerAt Millennium Services Group Pty Ltd, we are committed to providing our employees with a supportive and fulfilling work environment.
