AML Compliance Officer (Remote)Job SummaryWe are recruiting on behalf of a well-established corporate services provider for a Regulatory and Compliance Services Officer. This is a pivotal role for a compliance professional with strong governance experience, offering the opportunity to lead and enhance the firm’s corporate administration and regulatory framework. You will be responsible for ensuring adherence to Cayman Islands regulations across a portfolio of client entities.Company InformationJoin a dynamic and fast-growing organisation within the financial services and corporate governance sector. You will be part of a close-knit team that values integrity, innovation, and continuous professional development.Responsibilities and DutiesServe as the primary contact for governance, risk, and compliance matters, including regulatory responses.Develop and maintain internal procedures, systems, and controls to ensure regulatory compliance.Deliver AML training to internal staff.Act as AMLCO, MLRO, and DMLRO for a designated client portfolio.Review client due diligence documentation for both internal and external clients.Prepare AMLCO reports for both the firm and its clients.Manage FATCA and CRS filings, including preparation and submission.Act as PPOC, RP, or AP for a portfolio of AEOI clients.Provide corporate secretarial support including meeting agendas, minutes, and record maintenance.Deliver corporate administration services including document preparation and regulatory filings.Qualifications and SkillsStrong understanding of Cayman Islands compliance regulations.Proficiency with CORIS, CAP, and the DITC portal.Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.ACAMS certification is highly desirable.Minimum of 4 years’ experience in a similar compliance or governance role.Excellent organisational and communication skills.Ability to manage multiple client relationships effectively.Proactive approach to regulatory changes and industry developments.Benefits and PerksBe part of a rapidly expanding firm with a strong reputation in the industry.Flexible working conditions to support work-life balance.Opportunities for professional growth and development.Collaborative and inclusive team environment.Exposure to a diverse portfolio of clients and regulatory frameworks.Competitive compensation package aligned with experience and qualifications.
