We value collaboration, curiosity, and the courage to challenge the ordinaryRole Overview: We are seeking a Methamphetamine Reporting Specialist to join our team as a full-time contractor, operating remotely from the Philippines. This role plays a key part in ensuring the accuracy, quality, and timeliness of meth reporting and related compliance processes. You'll be working closely with the Head of Operations, Training Team, and Quality Team to support investigative and reporting activities — all while maintaining professionalism, accuracy, and strong communication.Key Responsibilities:Conduct investigations and reporting activities related to methamphetamine cases as requiredPerform meth reporting tasks including:Identifying and verifying resultsChecking samples are correctly located and documentedReviewing associated forms and data for accuracyLiaising with sites via phone and email to advise on next stepsPreparing and sending final reportsCollaborate with the Training and Quality Teams to flag and address irregularities or inconsistenciesSupport continuous improvement initiatives and uphold compliance standardsUndertake additional administrative or operational responsibilities as the role evolvesRequired Skills and Qualifications:Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracyExcellent verbal and written communication skills; professional and confident phone mannerResilient, adaptable, and able to manage tasks under pressureOutgoing personality with a good sense of humour and a positive attitudeEmpathetic and able to handle sensitive information with discretionIntermediate Microsoft Excel skills preferredPrior compliance experience is an advantage (not mandatory)Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar applicationsWork Arrangement & Expectations:This is a remote role that will be set up via an Employer of Record (EOR) service.To ensure alignment and transparency, successful candidates will be expected to:Be available for meetings and collaboration during core [AEST or PHT] business hoursDisclose any existing ongoing roles or client workReflect this engagement on their LinkedIn profil
