Looking for Filipino (Philippines-based) candidatesJob Role: Executive AssistantCompensation range: $1,750 - $2,000 AUD/MonthEngagement type: Independent ContractorWork Schedule: 40 hours per week, with flexibility to choose working hours. Some overlap with AEST hours is expected to support real-time communication/Willing to work full-time, aligned to Sydney time zone (+10 GMT).Who We Are: At Hunt St, we help Australian companies directly hire top 5% remote talent in the Philippines. All of our roles are 100% remote, so you'll be able to work from home.Who The Client Is:Our client is a property development business in Australia, specializing in delivering residential and multi-unit projects across New South Wales.. They manage the full lifecycle of their projects — through opportunity identification, due diligence, acquisition, design and Development Application to construction, completion, sales & marketing and final handover.They work closely with an eco system of trusted Architects and consultants throughout this process resulting in the management and coordination of many moving parts to deliver the high quality outcomes we strive for. As a result their culture is fast-moving, organised, and focused on operational excellence, communication, and continuous improvement.They are growing and simplifying systems, and are looking for the right partner to support day-to-day operations and executive workflow management.About The RoleThey're looking for a proactive and highly organised Executive Assistant who can support the Founder with daily executive operations, communication, and project coordination. This role involves inbox and calendar management, task prioritization, document organization, and overall executive workflow support.This is an ideal role for someone who excels in multitasking, organisation, and communication — and enjoys helping leaders operate efficiently and stay focused. Project management experience and strong familiarity with Google Workspace tools are essential. Knowledge of Flowlu is a plus.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and prioritize the executive's calendar, appointments, and meetingsHandle inbox management — triage, draft replies, prioritise, and organise emailsSupport project coordination and follow-ups to ensure tasks and timelines stay on trackMaintain and organize digital files, documents, and workflowsPrepare reports, correspondence, and meeting notes when neededConduct light research and compile information for decision-makingAssist in tool and process organization within Google Workspace; knowledge of CRM and Project Management systems is essential and experience of Flowlu CRM is a plus but not essentialProvide general administrative support and help streamline operational tasksRequirementsRequired Skills and Qualifications:2-4+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar support roleStrong experience in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Calendar, Gmail)Excellent email and calendar management skillsGood understanding of project management workflows and task-tracking systemsStrong English communication skills — written & verbalHighly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive problem solverAbility to work autonomously, manage multiple priorities, and deliver on deadlinesExperience in real estate, construction, or development is a plus but not requiredFamiliarity with Flowlu is an advantageWork Arrangement & Expectations:This is a remote role that will be set up as an independent contractor engagement.To ensure alignment and transparency, successful candidates will be expected to:Disclose any existing ongoing roles or client workReflect this engagement on their LinkedIn profile (clearly marked as "Independent Contractor")
