Roles & ResponsibilitiesContent Production & Project ExecutionResearch and develop content for KOL/KOC campaigns including scripting, caption writing, seeding checks, and simple graphic design aligned with channel characteristics.Create, curate and manage multi-format content (images, short-form video, written content) for social platforms.Observe social trends and insight shifts to apply into campaign content and maximize performance.Maintain and optimize content library for internal usage and knowledge sharing.Collaborate with internal teams (Account, Social Outreach, Creative Production) to ensure content aligns with campaign objectives and brand direction.Support visual editing tasks such as basic design or video editing when required.III. RequirementsEducation & KnowledgeBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Economics or related majors.Strong understanding of social media content, digital culture and platform behaviours.Knowledge of analytics tools / performance evaluation is a plus.Skills & ExperienceMinimum 1 year of experience in similar roles (Creative, Social Content, Copywriter, KOL/Influencer content).Excellent copywriting, communication & presentation skills.Ability to work with multi-format content (visual + script + video).Comfortable working under tight deadlines and adapting to changing project requirements.English skills are preferred.PersonalityCreative mindset, proactive, willing to learn and explore new trends.Detail-oriented, responsible, ownership mindset and result-driven.Self-motivated and able to work both independently and collaboratively.IV.
