You bring a passion for storytelling and visual culture, stayRESPONSIBILITIESCollaborate with the Social Art Director, Paid, and Production teams to ideate, concept and execute social-first content across TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube ShortsLead monthly paid social shoots in partnership with cross-functional teams; must understand the different creative needs, performance goals, and production processes between paid and organic contentShoot and edit short-form video content from concept to final cut, maintaining strong pacing, music, motion, and alignment with brand toneRecommend and test new formats and creative ideas inspired by cultural moments, platform trends, and the competitive landscape Demonstrate strong attention to detail: follow briefs precisely, prepare assets in advance, and ensure deliverables meet technical specs and deadlinesPartner with Graphic Design to repurpose and tailor content for paid and organic use, with a strong understanding of platform-specific formats, user behaviors, and performance best practices Ensure content consistently reflects brand voice, visual identity, and campaign strategyQUALIFICATIONS:2–4 years of experience as a content creator for a brandComfortable working independently and managing projects from start to finishProficiency in mobile-first editing tools (CapCut), Adobe Suite, and social-native capture methodsDeep understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts content formats and audience expectationsAbility to shoot, edit, and produce content end-to-endClear communicator who shares progress, challenges, and timelines proactivelyThe base salary range for this position is $100,000-$120,000 per year which represents the current range for the base salary for this exempt position. Please note that actual salaries will vary based on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. As such, on occasion and when applicable, there is the possibility that the final, agreed-upon base salary may be outside of the upper end of the range. Please also note the range listed is just one component of the company’s total rewards package for exempt employees.
